ABOUT MEGA
MEGALODON is a Brisbane based Hip Hop artist specializing in multi-syllable rhyming, hard-hitting lyrics, and a positive vibe.
WHERE IT BEGAN
When MEGALODON first began writing and recording music, he joined a group of like-minded artists, TMP or TRIP MUSIK PRODUCTIONS who would later come to be known as THE MEGALOMANIAC PACK.
not yet ready
After a few years of recording music and performing together, TMP would eventually part ways in order to pursue other things. Be it starting families or launching their careers.
along the way
MEGALODON, however, continued down the path of music and soon enough started to work with other producers such as NONJUROR, TRUNKXS, and DELIPRES to create numerous popular hits.
family ties
MEGA has been blessed with a beautiful family. His wife, Rachel “MRS.MEG” and their 3 sons are the reason he gets up in the morning. They are the most important part of his legacy.
on-going force
MEGALODON released his debut album BEYOND THE BLUE HORIZON in 2019. It was his first project to be put on all digital streaming platforms.
In the following years, he would continue to release dozens of new singles. Many of which would include feature artists from, rappers, to singers, and even DJ’s.

Fast forward to 2024 and MEGA stepped on the gas pedal. He came into the year ready to take on each and every opportunity that presented itself.
Starting in January, he stood beside his fellow artist and best friend, HARLUM, in numerous shows that saw them opening for artists such as COMPLETE, BITTER BELIEF and OMAC.

Then in June, they flew down to HOBART with their mate, TODD, to open for the battle rap legend himself, DUNN D.
They may have returned to sunny QUEENSLAND half frozen, but the impressions, connections, and friendships they made while in HOBART were invaluable.

In mid-July 2024, MEGALODON was given the incredible opportunity of supporting his long-time idol and inspiration, PEZ.
Joining PEZ and his team for the last 3 shows of THE FESTIVAL SONG TOUR, MEGA proved himself as an artist who was worthy of standing shoulder to shoulder with giants.
on tour
The end of July saw MEG and HARLUM flying down to SYDNEY for their own headline show SHUTUP BIG BOY.
While there, the duo recorded a couple of podcasts with some local friends THE FIRECAST and THE SAFEBOIS.
playing with the big boys
Only 2 months after closing off a tour with PEZ, MEGA was offered the first 3 shows on the OFF THE BEATEN TRACK TOUR with legends SETH SENTRY and PEZ.
MEGALODON and his brother JAZZ (not blood brothers) took off to far north QUEENSLAND to open for the boys in CAIRNS, TOWNSVILLE, and AIRLIE BEACH.
